Reminder builder

Create a reminder, confirm it, then edit, switch it off or delete it. Reminders live only in this browser tab and disappear when you close it. No notification, message or call is ever sent.

1. What is the reminder for?

2. Give it a short name

Use plain words, for example “Eye clinic” or “Morning tablets”. Do not include personal identifiers.

3. What time?

Singapore time (GMT+8).

4. Confirm before saving

I have read this reminder back and I want to save it. I understand I can switch it off or delete it at any time.

Medicine reminders are not dosage or medical advice

A medicine reminder only repeats the words you typed. CheckFirst Voice never suggests, changes or explains a dose, and never comments on your health. Always follow your doctor or pharmacist.

What production would need

Recorded consent for each reminder channel, with the ability to withdraw it.
Explicit Asia/Singapore timezone handling and scheduling checks.
An easy off switch: one button, one phrase, or one call to human support.
Quiet hours and a cap on repeat nudges so reminders never feel like pressure.
